What can I review before my order ships?
For an order, DOIT VISION provides test videos, FAT inspection records, packing photos, and photos and a list of the spare parts. Full-screen aging lasts 72 hours. QC includes module dead-LED checks, visual and cold-solder inspection, signal-cable continuity checks, and controller and video-processor testing. Remote inspection and the spare-parts and maintenance handover can be discussed for your project.
How can AV integrators and rental companies work with you?
AV integrators can start with installation constraints, drawings and the intended use of the display. Rental companies can start with the event types, handling requirements and inventory they want to build. DOIT VISION offers direct engineering communication to work through the requirements. Do you offer installation support in the United States?
DOIT VISION has a representative office in California, USA, with technical personnel who can assist with installation and provide technical guidance.
